When will my order arrive?
Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on the season. Once your package is shipped, you will always receive tracking information. The usual delivery time is 8-10 days.
Custom and personalized orders
Our tags are always soldered together to offer maximum durability, and come with jump rings to secure the tag on your pet’s collar. We check for quality control before shipping the order to you, as we aim to create tags with a long-lasting lifetime in mind.
Can you add a second phone number?
A second phone number can definitely fit on the tags that have an element in front. For other tags, please ask us first.
Sizing details
Most tags with round circle are at 3 cm / 1.18 Inches Diameter. Other tags include information in description about their size.
Wholesale availability
We welcome wholesale orders, which can be made without any stamping for you to engrave them in laser or cnc.
Can you add an address?
Tags with a round circle at 3 cm / 1.18 Inches diameter can fit an address. For other tags, please contact us beforehand.
